2 blocks from the North Shuswap in Blind Bay Resort is my house with an analogue meter in an organic environment. For as long as I can keep it that way. :)
Lower half of house has 2 bedrooms, one standard size the other is extra large, all above ground with plenty of windows. Each room has baseboard heating though I usually only use the gas fireplace to heat the whole floor. Carpet only in the sunken living room, tile, linoleum, and laminate in the rest. 2 bathrooms with new tub, vanities and toilets coming. Internet is by use of wire only and cells are turned off at night. The environment is as chemical free / organic as I can make it with a veggie garden out back. Kitchen is full sized with tons of cupboard space, fridge and stove, laundry (front loaders) is just outside the suite door in breezeway where extra storage room is too. Laundry area is shared. Fenced backyard with small paver patio below and sun deck above garage. More storage in garage.
